are you expecting or do you have a newborn under 3 months?

This is a great option for new or expectant parents that would like a little more support and guidance to get an early start in establishing healthy bedtime habits. With this package you will be provided the tools and the support to start building a strong foundation of skills right from the beginning so that when the time is right, your baby will have the ability to quickly and naturally become a good sleeper. These packages are appropriate for babies from birth to 8 weeks old. On top of that, we’ll arm you with Pam’s comprehensive sleepy tool kit which will cover things like testing, teething, sickness, travel, nap transitions, sickness and more! As an added bonus, once you graduate you’ll be invited to our private Facebook group to connect with other like-minded parents where sleep is a priority and get great advice on other subjects when it comes to parenting.

  • A comprehensive preliminary questionnaire that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting, to help us make the most of our time together.
  • Private 90 minute virtual meeting (2 hours in home) where we will discuss information about age appropriate needs and schedules, as well as tips for teaching your baby the difference between day and night, creating the right sleeping environment, strategies to encourage sleep, when to expect a good night, and common issues that can be easily avoided.
  • A detailed, fully customized nightly plan for establishing a foundation for your newborn.
    Sleepy tool kit which will guide you on how to handle sickness, teething, traveling, how to get out of the house, and nap transitions.
Pam Nease Sleep Training

is your child between the ages of 3 – 17 months

Within 14 days or less your child will be sleeping through the night consistently and be able to take good naps all on their own. Before we say goodbye we’ll make sure you’ve got all your homework assignments so you can get to an ideal napping situation and proper schedule. On top of that, we’ll arm you with Pam’s comprehensive sleepy tool kit which will cover things like testing, teething, sickness, travel, nap transitions, sickness and more! As an added bonus, once you graduate you’ll be invited to our private Facebook group to connect with other like-minded parents where sleep is a priority and get great advice on other subjects when it comes to parenting.
